Make plans to attend the April 15 auction of a large, lifetime marble collect. Harvey and Bonnie Carr spent years amassing one of the largest and best collections of marbles you’re likely to find. This fantastic collection will be sold at the Earnest Shepherd Youth Center in Liberty, MO.

There will be Many Great German Handmade Marbles including Swirls, Sulfides, End of Day and Onionskin, Indian Swirls, Lutz and Banded Lutz, Solid and Divided Ribbon Core, Latticino Core, Translucent, Slags and Agates, Oxblood, Corkscrew, Gooseberry, Clambroth, Bennington, Popeye, Submarine, Hybrids, Machine Made Marbles by Peltier, Akro, and Christensen, Guinea, and Much More, as well as Art Glass Paperweights including St. Louis and Baccarat. Marble Enthusiasts will not want to miss this one!

Steve Ritter Auctioneering says that while the Marbles are being sold in catalog order inside the building, we will be running a second auction out in the Pavilion of Antique and Primitive Furniture, Primitives, Cast Iron, Antiques and Collectibles, and Unusual Items including a Horse Drawn Doctor’s Medicine Wagon.

If you’re unable to attend the auction on April 15 at Liberty, absentee bids are welcome. For more details and a complete listing and photos, CLICK HERE
